Norwood 3000 Series Doors
The Norwood 3070-EX is designed for exterior applications requiring operable or pocket systems. This system was also designed to meet ADA secondary access requirements of a 3/4? sill height.
The Norwood 3070EX, 3050 and 3000 Series doors are considered to be top of the line luxury doors suitable for all commercial and residential applications. These superb doors are available in virtually any finish including class 1 anodizing and any color Kynar paint finish. Configurations are unlimited – multi-slide, curved, pocket, and corner applications. With panel sizes up to 96? width by 162? there is no limit to their capability whether you are looking for a high quality residential door or a large hurricane proof stacking door for a high rise application.
Fleetwood 1000 Series Doors
The Fleetwood 1000 is created for luxury home applications where the customer prefers Fleetwood’s Premium Package but the building budget needs to be value oriented.
Design / Performance
- Similar perimeter framing as the series 3050 and 3070-EX doors (jamb and sill fillers excluded, no sill risers)
- Smaller bottom rail and thinner lock-stile than series 3050 and 3070-EX doors.
- Screen door system similar in design as the series 3050 and 3070-EX doors.
- Snap-in head closers and full-length sill fillers on fixed panel tracks only.
- Aluminum pocket closer and similar sill pan as used in the series 3070-EX.
- Sightline extenders offered on pocket doors.
Hardware:
- Approximately 2″ diameter stainless steel tandem rollers with authentic precision bearings manufactured in Switzerland and assembled in the USA.
- Adjustable stainless steel strike plate with full finished latch box as used on the Series 1000 doors.
- Narrow flush pull & actuator which operate two stainless steel latches.
- Similar automation system used on the Series 3050 and 3070-EX doors but does not include the I-Gress Lever.
- Replaceable stainless steel track insert as in the Series 3050 and 3070-EX doors.
